Over years of traveling through Champagne and the world’s great sparkling wine regions, Raymond has built personal relationships with growers, winemakers, chefs and estates that allow Fizz guests to experience these regions in a deeply personal way.

Champagne Trips by Fizz are designed to feel personal from the moment you arrive. These are not packaged wine tours or tasting appointments available to the general public.
Our journeys are built through years of personal relationships with winemakers, houses and families throughout Champagne and the world's great sparkling wine regions. Those relationships allow our guests to experience these places in a way that feels welcoming, connected and genuinely behind the scenes.
With small groups, there is time to ask questions, linger over a glass and enjoy the unexpected moments that often become the most memorable parts of the journey.
Champagne Breakfasts & Vineyard Mornings
On Grand Cru journeys, mornings may begin with Champagne and breakfast overlooking the vineyards before setting out for the day's visits. Rest days allow time to sleep in, visit the spa, explore independently or simply enjoy the destination at your own pace.
Private Winery Tours & Behind-the-Scenes Cellar Access
Private visits take us beyond the tasting room into cellars, vineyards and family-run estates where there is time for genuine conversation with the people behind the wines. Small groups allow us to visit places that simply cannot accommodate traditional tour groups.
Intimate Conversations with Winemakers
Some of the most memorable moments are the ones that cannot be scheduled: a homemade lunch with a winemaking family, a bottle disgorged in the cellar or a conversation that continues long after the tasting was supposed to end. These moments come from relationships, not reservations.

Dining is an important part of every journey. Grand Cru trips feature Michelin-starred and exceptional fine dining throughout the itinerary, while Premier Cru journeys include a signature farewell dining experience alongside carefully selected regional restaurants.

The Perfect Size to Explore Champagne Intimately
Our journeys are intentionally limited to a maximum of 16 guests. Keeping the group small allows us to visit family-run houses, intimate cellars and producers that simply cannot accommodate large tour groups.
It also changes the pace of the experience. There is time to ask questions, linger over a glass and occasionally let the afternoon unfold beyond what was written on the itinerary.
