Refund amounts may be adjusted based on non-recoverable costs or penalties imposed by third-party vendors, including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, wineries, and other tour partners.
9+ months before Trip Start Date
100% refund of payments made excluding the $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation received 270 days or more before the Trip Start Date.
6–9 months before Trip Start Date
50% refund of payments made excluding the $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation received 180–269 days before the Trip Start Date.
60 days–6 months before Trip Start Date
25% refund of payments made excluding the $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation received 60–179 days before the Trip Start Date.
Less than 60 days before Trip Start Date
No refund will be issued.
Refund Timeline
BOOKING WITHIN 10 MONTHS OF DEPARTURE
For reservations made fewer than 10 months before the Trip Start Date, the standard payment schedule will be adjusted based on the booking date. The $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and any installments that would have already been due under the standard payment schedule will be due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will then follow the applicable scheduled payment dates.
