As a sommelier, founder of Fizz Champagne Bars, and member of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, I have spent years developing relationships and deepening my understanding of this extraordinary region. I have designed the journey to share the people, wines, and experiences that have shaped my own love of Champagne.
