No. Airfare is booked separately so each guest can choose the schedule, airline and cabin that best suit their needs. We provide recommended arrival and departure windows to coordinate with included group transportation. Flight-booking assistance may also be available upon request.

Yes, you're welcome to arrive before or stay after the official trip dates! Any additional nights must be booked directly by the guest, either with the hotel listed in your Trip Portal or another accommodation of your choosing. Please note: Champagne Trips is not responsible for any bookings or costs associated with additional nights outside of the official itinerary. Champagne Trips will only pick up from the specified terminal and door at the specified airport in your trip portal. If you choose to stay later or arrive earlier and do not meet at the designated airport at the designated time or designated door, you will be responsible for finding your own transportation to the hotel or next itinerary stopping point or destination.

The main airport for each trip will be listed in your Trip Portal and pre-trip emails. If you're unsure, we're happy to confirm it for you.

Yes — group airport transfers are included when you arrive and depart during the designated time windows. If your flight arrives or departs outside the group schedule, you'll need to arrange your own transportation. We're happy to recommend trusted local services if needed. Arrival Day: Please be through customs and ready to meet the group by 12:00 PM. Final Day: On the last day of the trip, please be checked out and ready to depart the hotel by 7:30 AM.

Yes! Every trip is personally hosted by Raymond James Irwin, founder of Fizz Champagne Bars & Club, who brings his passion for Champagne and extensive industry connections to each journey. Raymond will be there throughout the trip to guide the experience, share his knowledge, and ensure everything runs smoothly. At select Champagne houses and cultural sites, you'll also enjoy guided experiences led by local experts who offer unique insights and behind-the-scenes access.
