Northern Italy offers two wonderfully different expressions of sparkling wine. Franciacorta produces elegant, bottle-aged wines amid the landscapes surrounding Lake Iseo, while the steep Prosecco Hills reveal a tradition shaped by hillside vineyards, family estates, and generations of regional knowledge.

 

Our journey will explore both worlds through private tastings, beautiful wine-country stays, and meals that express the remarkable culinary identity of each place. The experience may extend through the Italian Lakes, vineyard villages, and the foothills of the Dolomites, creating a journey in which wine, landscape, and la dolce vita feel inseparable.

 

My role as a sommelier is not simply to choose exceptional wines, but to create the context in which they become memorable. I have designed this journey to illuminate the differences between these regions, introduce the people behind the bottles, and balance serious discovery with the effortless pleasures of traveling well in Italy.
