Willamette Valley

Premium Pinot Noir & Sparkling Wine Tours in Oregon's Willamette Valley

A letter from our Curator

The Willamette Valley is entering an especially exciting chapter in its wine story. Long celebrated for Pinot Noir, the region is now producing traditional-method sparkling wines of remarkable precision and character, shaped by Oregon’s cool climate, distinctive soils, and independent spirit.

We will meet pioneering producers, taste limited wines in intimate settings, and explore how Pinot Noir and Chardonnay express themselves through sparkling wine. Farm-driven dining, thoughtful accommodations, and the relaxed beauty of Oregon wine country will give the journey an ease that complements the seriousness of the wines.

As a sommelier based on the West Coast, I find it deeply rewarding to follow the evolution of a compelling sparkling-wine region so close to home. I have approached this journey with the same standards I bring to Champagne: seeking wines with identity, producers with something meaningful to say, and experiences that deepen our understanding of place.

I am excited for you to encounter the Willamette Valley at this moment of possibility. The journey will feel personal, unhurried, and filled with discovery, an opportunity to connect with the people helping define the future of American sparkling wine while enjoying one of the country’s most welcoming wine regions.
